Jim Disher is the founder and principal engineer of Central Western Engineering, bringing decades of hands-on experience and technical expertise to every project. Renowned throughout regional New South Wales for innovative problem-solving and unwavering commitment to quality, Jim has built a strong reputation for delivering lasting results.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Engineering in both Structural and Civil Engineering from the University of Sydney, as well as a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney. He is also a Chartered Engineer and a member of Engineers Australia, with a range of additional industry certifications. Prior to founding Central Western Engineering, Jim worked with renowned engineering consulting firms, learning from industry leaders in their fields.
Driven by a vision to provide reliable, collaborative, and regionally focused engineering solutions, Jim established Central Western Engineering to meet the diverse needs of industry clients based in regional NSW. His approach blends practical experience with a deep understanding of technical requirements and project objectives.
